Y TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the terms and conditions before purchasing any items.
We reserved the rights to terminate any order due to any unforeseen circumstances.


General Rules

- NO dead buyers please or you will definitely be blacklisted.
- Account No. will be sent to you through email once orders have been confirmed.
We will only take orders when payment is made.
- NO last minute cancelling of orders/meetups. Once you have ordered, you are not allowed to backout or else your name will be blacklisted as deadbuyers.
- Non-refundable or exchangeable once goods are sold.
- We do not encourage reservations, if you have to, reservations will only be limited for a week period.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSFER OF MONEY TO THE WRONG ACCT or POSTING TO THE WRONG ADDRESS
(Therefore, please give us the correct address and we will do our part by directly copying the link from the address you've given us and print it out directly onto the postage mails.
We will definitely check that we give you the correct acct number)
- All prices are in SGD, exclusive of postage fees.
- We will also not be responsible for normal postage mails if they go missing as we have already did our job by sending out the item:)
- Do note that colour of the items may vary slightly due to the colour resolution of different computers and camera, we apologise for that but we will definitely state the colour of the item clearly.
- We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions that happen on customer after usage of our products.
- Please note that by ordering, you have fully agreed to our terms and conditions.
- Please also take good care of the item as all these are handmade items and this is to ensure happy trades. As you all know that even metals do corrode and rust (:

Mode of Payment

- Payment is to be made via POSB/DBS account.
- IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS, ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED AND IGNORED. Do think through before ordering.
- Account No. will be sent to you through email once orders have been made.
- We will only take orders when payment is confirmed.
- All payments have to be made before we send out our items.
- Please notify us through emails once you’ve make your payment.
- All items will be distributed within two weeks.
- Once we have received your payment, a confirmation slip through email will be sent out to you for security purposes of both parties. We seek your understanding and cooperation in doing this; this is to ensure safe trades.



Format of payment:

- Total amount ($) = [item x quantity] + [normal/registered postage/meetup]


Cost
- As all prices are just the retail prices exclusive of the postage fee or meet-up fee, please be prepare to pay a fee of $1.00 for normal postage fee.
(This includes stamps, envelopes and bubblewraps)
- If you choose to opt for registered fee, the total cost will depend on the registered post fee.($3)
- Please understand that we DO NOT earn any money from the postage fee.
- If item is lost/damage through mailing, we will not hold any responsibility for it as we have already send out our items, therefore we encouraged registered postage or meet-up.

- Meet-up will only be in places such as:

o Boon Lay MRT station
o Buona Vista MRT


Other places available with extra charges are:

o Jurong East Interchange MRT ($2.50)
o Central MRTs - cityhall, bugis, raffles only.($3)
o Choa Chu Kang MRT, Lot1 Shoppers’ Mall ($2.50)
o Bukit Panjang Plaza ($2)
